About the Craft: Intricately crafted beadwork, handmade using glass beads in vibrant colours by the women from Hapur.
About the Artisan: Aagaz Women Bead Work is a group of more than 40 women from Hapur (Gram Salai) Uttar Pradesh, who make exquisite beadwork jewellery. It was started in 2001 under a skill development workshop by Action India and Dastkar and design training under NIFT.
