It helps connect artisans with urban consumers through an e-commerce platform that expands their reach and potential market. A virtual Dastakari bazaar, the HOD website lets you experience the myriad crafts of India- everything from metal to terracotta, Chanderi to Kanjeeveram, Gond to Kalamkari, Kutchi mirror work to Chikankari- all available simply a click away.
HOD hopes to continue Dastkar’s vision of providing our family of craftspeople with a platform to market and sell their products in a modern way while also generating awareness about the invaluable and beautiful crafts and craftspeople of India.
